ShockerFest 2004 was nearly double the size of our
2003 Festival. The competition was fierce, and most films were screened
at least three times before selection to be screened. It was a combined
effort of these multiple screenings that resulted in the nominations listed
below. The Directors of ShockerFest would like to thank ALL of the film
makers who submitted this year, and to say that there were many excellent
quality films that were not selected because of limitations of time and
space.
